こんにちは Goshujin-Sama Ojou-Sama....

Time for a long and pictures heavy upload! 
Gomen nasai > <  May has been a crazy month for Mio~
How are Mio's Goshujin-sama & Ojou-Sama doing while Mio was gone??
Mio hope everyone is doing well =]

Where to start on this blog....Mmm...
Okie let's talk about travel first!
Mio's high school friend graduated in May 15th as a Mechanical Engineer ^ ^
So Mio flew to St.Louis, MO for his graduation....(Mio was super excited to see her friend and also to travel, since it had been 4 years since she get a break and go on vacation from work and school!)

Time to pack! Heh...took Mio 3 hours to pack (It couldn't be helped since baby Mio keep jumping into Mio's suitcase to play!)

                             Taking a break...so tiring...hehee

Arrived at Houston, TX international airport safely at 6:20pm  =]

Mio was suppose to transit and fly out to St.Louis at 7:30pm.....
Everything was fine when Mio reach the boarding area of the gate...
When Mio came back out from freshen up a bit....
=[ bad news start arriving!! 

Mio's flight was delayed to 10:00pm....
There were a lot of thunderstorm in the Mid-West areas and a lots of airports were closed down.

                  Call home the first time after hearing the delayed

So while Mio is waiting...is dinner time!  Everything is closing though...bummer...
The only place that is still open is McDonald....Mio don't mind : ]

However, they mixed up Mio's order 3 times!

Charged Mio the wrong meal, the Sprite was plain water, and lastly....

YES! A chicken filet in a Filet O-Fish! It was the right packaging and bread and sauce...
But Mio's square fish filet turned into a chicken filet....
Mio was too tired to go back and exchange...just sit there and eat it quietly....

After dinner, Mio walked back to the boarding area and read the sign now it said boarding time is at 01:00am...........

                          Oh noes....It got delayed the second time!!!

By the time Mio waited till 11:00pm....they cancelled the flight!!!   > <
After a 4 hours wait!! Mio was so sad....

BECAUSE MIO WILL MISSED HER FRIEND's GRADUATION!!!

but on the bright side....
Luckily!!!  Mio's friend's cousin who Mio also know was at Houston airport picking up his friend...
What a coincident~  Mio was safe and will not be homeless at the airport!

Hahaha....He took Mio home to spend the night at his newly build house and drop Mio off to the Airport the next day.       ジョンありがとう

In return of Mio's gratefulness...Mio took ジョン to lunch...
(well...ジョン picked the restaurant XDD)
The famous PappaDeauxs!! For Cajun Food~

Mio had the "Pan-Grilled Tilapia" ~ topped with toasted hazelnuts & brown butter served with green beans & potatoes It was really good but the brown butter sauce was tooooooooo greasy for Mio > <

For Appetizer...We ordered Crispy Fried Alligators to share...

                  Haha...yes! It is Alligators...But it taste like Chicken XDDD

After lunch, Mio finally made it safe to St.Louis to see her friends...
and let Mio tell you this...
after that...there is nothing normal in anything Mio do...

hahaha..there was tons of driving, road trip, funny stories, and GREAT memories!!!

Let's move on to Food! Mio's favorites section (beside shopping of course XDD )

As gifts to Mikan Hime...Mio got Mikan her favorite color and chocolate!

                    A GIANT BAR OF SYMPHONY (Blue) CHOCOLATE <3

And then on this trip, Mio ate a really good brownie cup from the Museum of Science and Industry while the boys walk around for the U-boat and stuff....(Mio choose dessert over boy's toy anytime..haha)

Mio also had some authentic Gino East's Chicago Deep Dish Pizza!! 

             It was so deep and cheesy...haha...It took an hour for them to bake...

Mio was starving waiting for these babies to come out!!

Mio also found a really good chocolate that Mio is in love with <3

It is Bourbon's Alfort Milk Chocolate covering a fiber-ish texture biscuit...
But it is soooo good and not too sweet <3
You can find it in any japanese supermarket

There is also a lot of weddings going on this year!

Another sad news, is Mio's お父さん is leaving to Hong Kong and China for business....
He will stay there for a while...
So Mio misses him very very much...
We went to dinner before he leave for the airport...

Lastly, Mio did 2 photoshoot last weekend with Erri Baby!
It was her prom night for the first shoot...
and Mio as her mommy...watched her all grown up XDD
(For all the pictures from the photoshoots...
we weren't actually alot to pose them out...
but Mio will give her Goshujin-sama & Ojou-sama a sneak peek =] )

Then, the next day Mio and Erri did another shoot at a park...

It is final week...
